While the State of New Mexico has established minimum training standards, all of our security officers are trained well above them. Unlike the majority of security companies in New Mexico, we do not staff any post with officers who are not trained or licensed. That training includes crime scene preservation until local law enforcement arrives, and report writing, so you receive a complete, comprehensive report for any incident on your property.
Our trainers spent years as instructors at a law enforcement academy, training police cadets with state-approved lesson plans. They are recognized subject matter experts in high-risk areas including defensive tactics, chemical agents, restraint devices, and firearms, and they bring that real-world experience to every officer we field.
